The hot melt welding machine adopts the structure of drawing plate and applies electric heating method.

The whole machine is in the form of frame, which is composed of upper template, lower template and hot template, and equipped with hot mold, upper and lower plastic cold molds, and the action mode is pneumatic control.

It is mainly applied to welding of plastic parts such as household appliances, car lamps, car dissolver and so on.

The product's heating power and mold size can be set according to the size of different plastic parts, so as to achieve a variety of plastic workpiece welding. Its operation is simple and easy to use.

The heating plate consists of upper and lower two pieces, which are heated by electric heaters.

The machine is equipped with two temperature controllers to control the temperature of the upper and lower molds respectively.

The temperature can be set in the range of 0~600℃ according to the actual needs during welding.

The control mode of this equipment can be divided into manual and automatic control. Manual for a single piece of action, mainly for the mechanism and mold debugging, manual debugging after the production of adjusted to automatic.

The automatic control system is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) and human-machine interface with touch mold screen. The movement of each cylinder is pneumatically pushed, which is easy to operate, reliable in performance, compact in size, and improves the production efficiency and quality.

All polyethylene pipes must be connected by electrofusion or thermofusion joints and not by mechanical joints. Hot melt joints are somewhat stronger than the pipe itself.

The joints or connections are made of plastic and there is no corrosion problem.

The choice of pipe joining method depends on the pipe manufacturer's requirements and recommended instructions, as well as the skills available to the field crew.

Hot melt connections begin with the pipe being trimmed, cleaned neatly and aligned, then heated to its melting point and joined together.
