Equipment Introduction:

This laser welding machine is mainly composed of five parts: laser system, power supply system, galvanometer scanning system, computer control system and cooling system.

Compared with the traditional way, the galvanometer laser welding machine applies the dynamic welding process of scanning mirror group. And it adopts the movement of scanning lens instead of the movement of workpiece or the movement of welding mirror group, so that the galvanometer lens in the scanning lens will quickly switch the laser beam between the welding joints.

The greater the distance between the welding joints, the greater the number of welding joints on the workpiece and the advantages are more obvious.

The equipment has fast welding speed, small welding spot (spot diameter at the focal point is only 0.3mm), less welding heat and small thermal deformation.

The product's light guiding system enables efficient and stable spot welding of lasers through the rapid movement of the galvanometer.

According to the different welding materials, you can set the output energy waveform and waveform control to achieve more ideal welding effect.

The welding machine adopts two-way control of industrial control machine and imported PLC, so that the high speed galvanometer system and numerical control table can be well combined together.

Compared with the traditional stepping motor movement, laser optical path fixed continuous welding method, the welding efficiency can be increased by more than 10 times, realizing the full automation of laser online welding.

For example, the original laser welding machine with hard light transmission is used to weld lugs (2 points) with an efficiency of 1100 lugs/h; 

Selection of scanning laser spot welder with galvanometer to weld lugs (multi-point) can reach 2000/h.

The welding speed reaches 1~20 points/s, which effectively shortens the welding time.

So it is especially suitable for spot welding of stainless steel circuit board inserts such as cell phone shield, metal cell phone or metal capacitor shell, hard disk, micro-motor, sensors, etc., especially the welding of cylindrical battery lugs.
