Smart Rice Cooker Testing Line


Test line is in a certain line of continuous delivery of goods handling machinery and equipment, also known as conveyor line or conveyor.

According to the conveyor series of products can be divided into: belt line, plate chain line, speed chain production line, plug-in line, mesh belt line, suspension line and roller assembly line of these seven types of assembly line.

Generally, it includes traction parts, bearing components, driving devices, tensioning devices, redirection devices and support parts.

Assembly line conveying capacity, long distance, but also in the process of conveying at the same time to complete a number of process operations, so it is widely used.


The production line consisting of speed chain ring assembly line is usually called: self-flow conveyor system. The use of special, surface-treated extruded aluminum alloy profiles as guide rails makes the self-flowing conveyor system very stable and durable in the conveying process, which is suitable for the continuous production of large quantities of products.

At the same time, the flexible and diversified design of the self-flowing conveyor system makes it multi-functional.


Speed line assembly line chain form: chain and roller transmission equal speed-double pitch roller chain, chain and roller transmission differential speed-differential speed chain (<2.5 times speed and 3 times speed two kinds).

Work plate type: steel plate, engineering plastic plate, wooden plate, etc.

Frame material: aluminum type, carbon steel.

Electrically charged setup: conductive wheels are set up inside the line, and conductive rows are set up on the work plate, which can realize electrically charged conveyance, and the function of tuning test has been completed.


Automatic spraying equipment

Process Flow:

Loading -Dehumidification -Manual dust removal -Automatic dust removal -Primer coating -Fluidizing -Primer curing -Cooling -Automatic dust removal -Midway - leveling - medium coating curing - cooling - top coating (UV) - leveling - IR preheating (PU / rubber paint curing) -UV light curing -cooling down pieces


Features:

1. According to the coating requirements of the workpiece, the line body can be freely barge, divided into: one coating and one baking, two coating and two baking, three coating and three baking, one coating and one baking + UV, two coating and two baking + UV and other kinds of spraying methods, reduce the use of cost and improve the yield;

2. No workshop spraying yield is guaranteed;

3. Automatic gun spraying, high efficiency, less labor;

4. Spraying methods can be selected: manual, automatic and industrial robot spraying.


Smart Packaging Line


The configuration of the packaging section is basically the same as that of the assembling section, but there are some differences in specifications and matching quantities.

Among them, the specifications of the bracket, anti-pendant lamp holder and length of the bracket are different between the packing section and the assembling section, and the specifications and number of sets of connecting motors in the power section are also different, but the other configurations are all made of the same materials and play different roles in different production stages.
