The equipment is used for laser welding of the top liquid injection port and aluminum nail of the power battery to realize the full sealing of the battery, the main functions include:
Battery scanning, battery loading and positioning, liquid injection port laser cleaning, sealing nail dust removal and automatic loading and positioning, CCD automatic addressing, laser out-of-focus detection and welding, post-welding detection, welding spatter and soot absorption treatment, battery discharging and eliminating defects.
