The servo motor rework section mainly consists of double-layer doubled speed chain conveyor line (main line), roller line, jacking shifter, reversible roller line, cylinder pusher, non-powered roller line, non-powered universal ball and other equipments in order to realize the product rework.

The entrance to the rework line is located at the end of the test section and the exit at the front of the test section, thus forming a loop with the main line. In order to facilitate access to the loop, a reversible roller line is provided.

Multiplier chain conveyor lines, also known as self-flowing conveyor systems, have good stability and durability, which are suitable for the continuous production of large quantities of products.

Multiplier chain conveying line advantages:


1. Simple structure, easy to install, low noise in use;

2. Large conveying capacity, can carry large loads;

3. Accurate and stable conveying speed, which can ensure precise synchronous conveying;

4. It is easy to realize the accumulating and placing conveying, which can be used for assembly production line or as the storage and conveying of materials;

Description of double-layer speed chain conveying line:


1. Power Part: one set of power is set for each upper and lower level, P=1.5kw motor (brand: German SEW or Taiwan Chengbang, gear ratio i=100) with frequency converter, line speed is adjustable from 5 to 15m/min, the length of each section of the power is ≤20 meters;

2. The guide rail of the conveyor line adopts 118×100 national standard aluminum profiles special for speed chain, with electrophoresis treatment on the surface;

3. Chain: adopting nylon differential chain made in Suzhou, T=38.1;

4. Machine foot frame: made of 60×40×T2 electrophoresis aluminum, fixing the conveyor line guide rail through the connecting parts;

5. The blocker cylinder and solenoid valve adopts the brand of Yadek;

6. Control part: OLC adopts Mitsubishi, sensor adopts Omron, AC contactor adopts Schneider, touch screen adopts Velcro, electric control box is made by ourselves, other electric control components adopt Schneider/Chindex.


7. Accessories:

          ① The light frame adopts 40×80 electrophoresis aluminum;

          ② Light adopts 40 × 80 special aluminum;

          ③ SOP bracket adopts "H"-shaped bracket, and each workstation is equipped with an acrylic process signboard;

          ④ Lighting adopts Philips double-branch LED lamps with shades;

          ⑤ Tool lifting rail adopts 28×30 special aluminum lifting rail, and each workstation is equipped with a wind batch trolley;

          ⑥ The gas pipe is made of 6-point galvanized pipe, and each work station is equipped with a Y-type quick connector;

          ⑦ Oil-water separator using the brand of Adecco;

          ⑧ Line body before and after and in the middle of the appropriate location to set the emergency stop switch;

          ⑨ The entire line of the body pull through the conductive line, and in each station set up electrostatic bracelets and electrostatic alarms.


Description of Jacking Lifter:

1. The mounting base is made of T4 iron plate bending and welding, and the surface is powder coated;

2. The lifting power adopts the standard cylinder of AirTAC;

3. The guide is made of guide pillar + linear bearing combination;

4. The conveying power is high-quality Taiwan-made motor, P=120W, i=25;

5. Conveying structure is roller + drive shaft + sprocket combination.


Description of connecting roller line:

1. The frame is made of 40*40 iron square welding, with powder coating surface;

2. The conveying power is high quality Taiwan-made motor, P=120W, i=25;

3. Conveying structure is roller + drive shaft + sprocket combination.


Reversible connecting roller line description:

1. The mounting base is made of 40*40 iron square tube welding, with powder coated surface;

2. Conveying power is high-quality Taiwan-made motor, P=120W, i=25;

3. The conveying structure is roller + drive shaft + sprocket combination;

4. One end of this section of connecting roller line is fixed with the connecting line, and gas spring is installed to ensure that the other end can be easily lifted by manual labor.


Description of work plate:

The material is made of T15 Q235, with black surface treatment, the work plate is installed with positioning fixtures, and anti-collision rubber pads are installed in the front and back.


Working principle and process:

1. The products failing the test are transported to the feeder roller line at the end of the test section by the jacking and transferring machine;

2. The jacking transfer machine on the non-power roller line and the receiving roller line move at the same time, conveying the workpiece to the non-power roller line;

3. The cylinder pusher moves to push away the products located in the lifting and shifting position to ensure that the lifting and shifting machine can pick up the products to be reworked again;

4. Manually pull the workpiece from the unpowered roller line to the unpowered universal ball for rework operation;

5. After the completion of rework, manually push the product to the exit position to pick up the roller line, the product through the pick up roller line → jacking transfer machine back to the main line;

6. After the product returns to the main line, it passes through the test section again for testing.
