What are the debugging techniques and precautions of automatic soldering machine?

1. Blow to keep the welding heads clean. After powering on, the welding head of the automatic soldering machine is in a high temperature state for a long time, and its surface is easy to oxidize, which makes the thermal conductivity of the soldering iron deteriorate and affects the quality of the soldering. Therefore, to increase the life of the welding head of the soldering machine, an automatic blowing function is provided. The impurities on the welding head of the soldering machine can be removed by wiping with a wet sponge. When the temperature is too high, you can temporarily unplug it or dip it in rosin to cool it down, to ensure that the welding head of the soldering machine can be well tinned at any time.

2. Note on tinning: If there is rust, dirt or oxides on the surface of the welding parts and joints, they should be cleaned before welding so that the surface of the welding parts or joints can be tinned.

3. The soldering temperature should be appropriate, not too high or too low. In order to make the temperature suitable, the automatic soldering machine with suitable power should be selected according to the size of the electronic components. When the power supply of the selected automatic soldering machine is constant, attention should be paid to controlling the heating time. When the solder automatically disperses from the welding head onto the object to be welded, the heating time is sufficient. At this time, quickly remove the welding head, leaving a smooth solder joint in the welding area. If there is no tin or less tin in the welding area after removing the automatic soldering machine, it means that the heating time is too short, the temperature is not enough, or the soldered object is too dirty; if the solder flows down before the automatic soldering machine is removed, it means that the heating time is too long and the temperature is too high. General temperature control of the welding head is the best welding temperature when the flux melts faster and does not smoke.

4. The amount of tin should be moderate. The amount of tin on the automatic soldering machine can be determined according to the size of the desired solder joint, so that the solder is enough to cover the soldered object, forming a solder joint with right size and smoothness. A solder joint does not mean that more tin or bigger tin is better. On the contrary, such a solder joint is more likely to be a false solder. It just piles up the solder on it instead of soldering on it. If the tin is not enough, you can repair it again, but it must be melted together with the previous tin before soldering; if the amount of tin is too much, you can use the welding head to take the right amount.

5. Welding time must be well controlled and not too long. Reasonable control of the soldering time is also an important part of the soldering skills. If it is the soldering of printed circuit boards, generally 1-2S is appropriate. If the soldering time is too long, it will make the flux in the solder completely evaporate, so that the flux is lost and the surface of the solder joint is oxidized, resulting in the surface of the solder joint to be rough, black, dull, or flow with sharp edges. At the same time, if the soldering time is too long and the temperature is too high, it is easy to burn the components or the copper foil of the printed circuit board. If the soldering time is too short, the soldering temperature can not be reached, the solder will not be able to fully melt, which will affect the flux wetting, easy to cause false soldering.

6. Remember not to touch the solder joints before solidification, do not shake the welding plate. One is to prevent burns, and the other is because touching and shaking the welding plate before the solder joint solidifies will deform the solder joint. If it is not serious, the solder joint will not look good, and if it is serious, it will cause false soldering. Therefore, it is necessary to fix the soldered parts during the soldering and withdrawal of the welding head of the soldering machine, such as the use of fixtures to fix, or blowing air after the withdrawal of the welding head, to shorten the solidification time of the soldered joints.

7. After a soldering point is finished, the choice of the angle of withdrawal of the soldering machine and welding head is also particularly important. Withdrawing the soldering head diagonally upward, a small amount of tin beads will be taken away from the soldering machine, and a smooth solder joint can be formed; Withdraw the soldering head diagonally upward, a small amount of tin beads will be taken away from the soldering head of the soldering machine, and a smooth solder joint can be formed; when the soldering head is pulled out vertically upward, a solder joint with sharp edges will be formed; and when the soldering head of the soldering machine is withdrawn horizontally, most of the tin beads will be taken away from the soldering head of the soldering machine.
